Open Position – Project Portfolio / Clarity Administrator

Job Functions

  • Provide project and personnel administrative services related to timekeeping in Clarity
  • Administration of projects within a single instance of Clarity
  • Synchronization of projects in Clarity with Global Technology projects in as they proceed through Governance, PMO, etc
  • Provide resource forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling of project requests
  • Ensure completion of time entry in Clarity by all staff and allocation of hours to projects as necessary
  • Manage and monitor actual hours charged vs. hours planned
  • Provide variance, earned value, burn rate, and under/over-run financial and other reports
  • Manage resource allocations and project schedules within Clarity
  • Manage Information Security Department program portfolio
  • Based in Alpharetta, GA with no travel required
  • 1-2 days per week work from home possible

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience developing and monitoring project plans with CA Open Workbench or Microsoft Project
  • Experience using and administering CA Clarity a plus
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office suite, particular using Excel for analysis
  • Project management experience including experience with resource planning and reporting
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the enterprise
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
